1. 14-Day Guarantee Terms

We stand behind the quality of Apollo University. Students enrolled in FDE Core or FDE Accelerator may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided they have completed no more than Module 1. Refunds are issued for the full amount paid, less the non-refundable payment processing fee described below.

2. How to Request a Refund

Log in and go to your Account page, then click “Request cancellation & refund” next to your purchase. Our team reviews every request and follows up by email; approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days.

3. Processing Fees

When you pay, our payment processor (Stripe) charges us a processing fee on the transaction (typically around 2.9% + $0.30 for U.S. cards, more for international cards). This fee is not returned to us when a refund is issued. To keep refunds sustainable, we deduct the actual processing fee charged on your original payment from your refund amount — the rest of your payment is returned in full.
